&

Public Relations Promotions Department:

After years of wandering aimlessly in the world, I decided to give my life back to Christ in 2007. I married my husband Ronald in 2010. We have one daughter, Rhian. Originally from Youngsville,La with family roots in St. Martinville,La I came to DOCJ SM when it's doors first opened in 2012. I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching football and working in the kingdom. I hope that through my secretarial ministry I can be used as a resource in helping connect people to the kingdom of God!

My desire through the Public Relations Promotions Department is for souls to be drawn to Christ and become rooted in truth!

Doorkeepers/Usher:

Hello my name is Ronald L. Babin Jr. I am the Department Head for doorkeepers/usher ministry. I started my journey with the Lord in 2009  and have been striving to live righteously ever since. I was baptized in the name of Jesus in Oct. 2009 and received the Holy Ghost at The Pentecostals of Lafayette under Pastor Derald Weber. I am married to a beautiful woman by the name of Taquila Hypolite-Babin. We have a beautiful Daughter together named Rhian Babin and I have a son named Christian Babin. I was led to DOCJ SM by the Holy Ghost after seeking the Lord in prayer and fasting with my wife.

I grew up in St. Martinville where I attend grade school and Graduated from St. Martinville Sr. High in 2001. Attended Northwestern St. Univ. For a brief moment after high school. I played 2 1/2 yrs of Minor League football for 2 teams "The Lafayette Bayou Bulls" and "The Louisiana Hurricanes".

In my off time I like to play sports especially football. I also enjoy spending time with my awesome wife and kids.

My vision for my ministry is to Serve the Lord by protecting and keeping the church orderly so that people receive an meaning full experience every time they step into the house of the Lord. I just want to be used anyway God wants to use me.

Psalm 84:10 KJV
"For a day in thy courts is better than a thousand. I had rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God, than to dwell in the tents of wickedness."
